In 2017, in collaboration with the Fund for Real Estate of Government of St. Petersburg, ARTS4CITY studio started “Arte Punctura” project aimed at stimulating creative redevelopment of the “Red Triangle” post-industrial zone in St. Petersburg. The team carried out a sociological survey on creative residents based in the RT, analyzed the data, and reported on the interests of artists, musicians, artisans, cafe organizers and other creatives, for them to be taken into account in future redevelopment of the Red Triangle by the city authorities. As usual in the ARTS4CITY projects, research was deeply intertwined with feedback and discussion events with European and Russian experts, researchers, creative professionals, local stakeholders, and the broader publics.
