In the framework of this project calls for papers have been organized regularly since 2010 to fund a number of mini-grants. The grants are awarded for the best essays and analytical papers on European experiences of problem solving and NGOs activities. Winning papers are published on the St. Petersburg based social Internet portal Cogita.ru, in Russian. In 2013, the Sixth round of the competition and publication was announced in February 2013 on the topic “Volunteering and Engagement in Europe and Russia”.
