This training had a particular practical orientation, which allowed 10 participants to understand better their attitude towards conflict situations.
The participants analysed real conflict cases from their experience and acquired some practical skills to tackle such conflicts, for example, separation of facts and opinions, awareness of feelings and needs, active listening and "return of sense". Some exercises enabled the participants to analyse their behaviour strategy in a conflict situation. The training was followed by a very intensive discussion about the difference between "intercultural" and "transcultural" approaches.
