December 15, 2020

A new article in the Working Paper series of the Centre for German and European Studies of St. Petersburg University the ‘Male and Female Medical Workers Occupied in Non-Traditional Professions in United Kingdom and Republic of Ireland: Biographical Analysis of Their Careers’ by Olga Temina, a graduate of the Master's programme ‘Studies in European Societies’ supported by the CGES, is now available online.

This paper is based on an MA thesis supervised by Prof. Vladimir Illin, St. Petersburg University and defended in June 2020 at MA ‘SES’. The Examination Committee recommended the thesis for publication in the CGES Working Papers series as one of the best theses defended by the students of MA ‘SES’ in 2020. Thanks to financial and organizational support of the CGES, Olga had an opportunity to take part in an academic exchange program, featuring a research trip to Great Britain, and other research activities during her studies at the Programme.
